Half-price Propeller Chips (no PLL) $4

I have 2 Propeller chips that have no PLL (clock). I am selling them for half price, $4. Shipping is $2. I will also take a trade of one good prop for 2 bad ones.

    In your other thread it was suggested that the problem was caused by not connecting both Vdd pins. Was that the case?

    No, both pins connected. I had a 9V power source being grounded on the same plane, though. The 3.3v power source was from a power supply hacked off a broken Propeller demo board. I've swapped this out for a Power twig and am giving it one more shot. I'm going to test the PLL before and after without anything but the basic Propeller hardware to see if it will work.

    How about bypass caps? Do you have them on both Vdd/Vss pairs on the Prop and also on your EEPROM?

    They aren't on the Props, just in the power supply, I think. I didn't add any.

    Decoupling supply pins close to the chip is essential!
