How would I write a program to make my boe bot go forward 2 feet, right 8 inches 90 degrees, left 8 inches 90 degrees, left 8 inches 90 degrees, turn right 90 degrees, forward 2 feet, do a 360, turn right 90 degrees, go 8 inches, and make a beep?

You would use the PBasic program from the parallax site to write the program and the BoeBot manual you can also download. The distances and angles you will have to figure out by trial and error since no two boebots are the same.

The Robotics with the BoeBot tutorial that normally comes with the BoeBot should supply you with most of the information you need on moving the BoeBot. As Franklin mentioned, you will have to do the work to calibrate your BotBot's movement. The distance that it moves depends on the batteries you're using, the unique characteristics of each of the wheel servos, particularly gear friction, and other sources of friction and slippage like wheel on floor or rug.
