Hi,

Please see the picture attached. On top of it is stamped 12W. I wounder what exactly that part is. Any ideas?

An SOT-23 device, probably a BJT.

Thanks for the quick reply Neon. Is it a PNP or NPN transistor? I need to find the spec. I know 12W is only the partial of the part number. any idea?
