How do you insert inline code in the forum posts?

Besides attaching a zipped file how do you guys attach it so that it can be read in the post?

Sorry if this was discussed else where. I did a search but came up empty.

Without the apostrophes, the above three lines will do the following..

Just paste your code between[noparse]

&

[/noparse] blocks.
Alternatively you can highlight your code and click on the # icon in the editor.

and there is a similar syntax for italics and [/'i] and quotes and [/'quote]

(Without the apostrophes as well).
