Creating my own PCB - using kicad software

Hi,

I am trying to use kicad (open source PCB layout software) to create a PCB design with the propeller chip (D40 version) - i managed to find a lib that contained the definition for the propeller chips (parallax_propeller.lib - dated 4/29/2008), but the pins look totally wrong. Has anybody created a pcb layout with the propeller chip and either know where i can get the lib, or can share the layout?

Many thanks

Thanks Ttailspin, after i posted the message i also found the post that you mentioned in your reply which for some reason did not show up in my forum search result. So I am trying dipTrace (free version) - looking good so far. Thanks again for your reply.
