datalogger missing a sample

hi all
i have attached the files of my project and one UDBD2.0 is working but is just an example of what i want to do, i want UDBD3.0 to work but for some reson it is not outputting all the samples it is skipping every second sample could you have a look. my project would be finished if this problem was resolved.
iv all so attached a data file of what i get as a result, and there are some strange boxes with a hole in it on the data file i dont know why these are been output.
