How do I set the Easy Bluetooth baud rate to 38400??

I'm thinking of buying the Easy Bluetooth Module, since it's on sale, but I need to know how to set the baud rate to 38400 before I do.

I found that pdf. I was hoping someone would have step by step directions of how to change the baud rate. It isn't clear how to do this.
