Interesting article about nanowire transistors. What I find cool is that they are
so incredibly tiny and that the process of making chips using this technology would
seem to lend itself to some kind of layer by layer construction by an automated nano assembler.
Traditional chip creation involves etching layers of material away and this would be troublesome
for an assembler.
