Measuring Temp with RTD

Trying to measure Temp with a RTD.
The RTD is a PT100.
I'm trying to us the RC command with the RTD.
Problem having is that it is difficult to measure the 100 ohms.
Is there a better circuit to interface with the RTD than just a cap? I'm wanting to use the PT100/RTD because it seems more durable and will be able to survive harsher environments.
