The fact he figured out a way to easily recycle plastic bags into something useful(his prototype battery) solves the issue with plastic bag recycling, plus he's not removing any mountain tops to get at a few thousand pounds of some little know metal to make an efficient battery.
Who ever holds the IP or patent rights to it will be the ones that will make killing from it. I think that the source of the main ingredient for the battery could be used as a marketing spin to sell it as a green product.

I found that episode of NOVA very interesting. I liked Jay Leno's collection of cars, and the 100 year-old electric one was nice. I liked their explanation of how fuel cells work -- it's something I nevery quite understood before. I had heard about the propane fuel cells before, but I hadn't realized how much they are already being used. The low-cost solar cell that was generating hydrogen through electolysis was cool.

The hydrogen powered vehicles were nice, but I'm sure if the lady driving the car realized the potential hazards from carrying around hydrogen at high pressure. I was fascinated by the possbility that chicken features baked at a high temperature could be used to store hydrogren at lower pressure.

I also thought that cool to

The hydrogen powered vehicles were nice, but I'm sure if the lady driving the car realized the potential hazards from carrying around hydrogen at high pressure.

That why I did not think this idea of a hydrogen powered vehicles was going work because of the potential hazards from carrying around hydrogen at high pressure.

I was fascinated by the possibility that chicken features baked at a high temperature could be used to store hydrogen at lower pressure

I thought that was a good idea you can eat the chicken and use the chicken feather as well

I liked Jay Leno's collection of cars, and the 100 year-old electric one was nice.

I would like to half of the money that Jay Leno's spend on his collection of cars and the 100 year-old electric car

BTW Nova Science Now is on Wednesday night at 9 PM here in Sunny Jacksonville FL on PBS
