I have just recieved my propeller proto board along with the clear plastic enclosure. Wow this is a great design. I am wondering if this is laser cut or routed with a cnc router. What kind of machine would I need to make these? It would be great to make different sizes for all sorts of projects.
Thanks

I agree that it would be great to have a machine of your/my own but they're a little outside my budget. There are several places online that you can send designs to to have them laser cut for you. I've been very happy with www.pololu.com .
Pololu seemed pretty reasonable though cost wise.

Yes, they are laser cut with an Epilog Legend 36EXT table. Im not sure how much the thing cost, but I'd be willing to bet that it was pretty pricey.
I came across this instructable a while back: http://www.instructables.com/id/Laser-cutter-start-slicing-stuff-for-under-50-dol/. Check it out
