This is my robot that I started building a few weeks ago. I started with the boe bot platform and built on to that with my own design. As it sits right now it does not do as much as I would like but with time I would like to expand this project with it having amazing intelligence that of a human. As it sits now it roams around on tank treads scanning with ping sensors and IR sensors on the sides.and has different commands on what to do when it comes across objects. As it roams around it also uses the backlite LCD screen to display its rotation as it turns and other values like tilt degree exc.. and i am working on new commands to do as it encounters differnet terrains and obstacles. As its head my robot has a webcam on top only i gutted the inside of the webcam and installed a mini wireless camera so it looks cool and I can stream live video to my computer near or far away. I built arms on the robot and as of now they do move and do different things but I am still waiting on several more servos and parts and ideas for my new arms, but they are functional. Thats about sums up my Bot but i plan to keep working on it and making it better and smarter and adding speech to it

    Thats a cool Robot.

    I am curious, With everything on it, and the batteries fully charged, How much does it weigh?

    Are You using the basic stamp? or did You sneak a Propeller on board? :smile:

    I used all light weight items but once lcd, extra servos and arms and all that it increased weight a little bit but not to bad. I can tell it slowed down a bit but it still gets around pretty good , considering u also loose ground speed with tracks. Ill have to weigh it this week some time but I'm looking into gettting some differnet servos for the wheels that have more torque and all metal gears and what not to restore my lost ground speed. At the moment I am using a stamp but will def. be sneaking a proeller on board soon.
