This is good information for people. I wanted to add one other item in regards to post you do. Clicking on the "My Profile" link at the top right of the forum will get you into your personal forum information; where you will find two links "Find all Posts" (shows a list of all the posts you made and "Find all started threads" (will show you all the threads you made). ... just a couple added hints.
