PC soundcard oscilloscopes...

A quick question; I'm mostly into audio applications for the prop and was wondering if any of you know about any free working oscilloscope/spectrum analyzing software using a pc soundcard (win)... I'm not looking for the fanciest, but my budget is drained. All i found googling around costs some money, but considering what it does i figure there might be some old abandonware or something lying around that doesn't show up on google...

Sonic Visualiser (http://www.sonicvisualiser.org/) is a free program that does spectrum analysis. It doesn't record audio, but you can use Audacity for that. Not sure about free 'scope software.
