LEGO raises the bar at CES! Now what will this inspire YOU to do with YOUR S2?

I have divided loyalties here, as I like my S1 and my err, my son's Lego NXT.

SOMEBODY has to make a Spin routine to process an image (digital snapshot, whatever) and drive as S2 with the right maneuvers to draw it out! Please give me a call when it's finished...

Is there a method to determine where to draw? Or is everything trial and mostly error?
Is it possible to do this with the GUI ?
Are there any books or tutorials for spin similar to what is available for boe bot ?

Yes, this will knock your socks off:

Basically if you decompose an image to vectors and you can send those vectors to a robot, you can draw anything.
