Seed Studio Digital Osciloscope vs Parallax USB one. Any insight?

Has anyone had anyexpirence with the Seed Studio little digital osciloscope?

This is version 2 so even V1 comments/ insight would be welcome.

And how does it compare with the Parallax USB one - yes i know ther phisically different, but what about tips/tricks/gotchayas for each?

Seeed Studio has a new oscilloscope (DSO Quad) which is at beta version now. It is about the same size but much more advanced then DSO nano V2.
