I'm adding open source information to software descriptions. What better way to know if code is open source or not, than from the original authors. I have collected and grouped the software titles below along with the authors. If the authors can post to this thread and tell us if the code is open source or not, it would be appreciated. (If different open source from the MIT License, please state the details) Thank you sincerely.

And btw, I wrote Sphinx. Don't blame Mike Green.
ALTAIR MINOL TINY BASIC - No idea where it comes from. Assume closed source.
PROPTINY - By Heater. No license terms specified, perhaps one day I will put MIT terms on it in the unlikely event that anyone is interested.
MOCOG - By Heater. No license terms specified. Perhaps one day I will put MIT terms on it if anyone is interested.
The ZPU version of GCC for use with ZOG
What?
The ZOG byte code interpreter has no licence terms specified. I will put under M.I.T. at some point.
ZPU-GCC is under the GNU General Public Licence therefore open source.
C++
What?
I have managed to run C++ under ZOG and it is possible for MOCOG 6809, they are both GCC. See above.
Please take anything of mine which you find, here or elsewhere, as MIT Licensed unless it explicitly says otherwise.
Dumbo Basic is public domain. I will make this explicit in the next release.
I can't find any license terms for the lisp interpeter - but since it is freely available (here) from the auther without any license conditions specified, I would assume it to be public domain.
Bywater Basic is GPL
JZIP has its own licence terms (see the file license.c) but this appears to be MIT compatible.
Pascal (P4 & P5) is public domain.
Lua is MIT
