This is a project that I wanting to built for a long time
The first part was to have ADC chip that I want to use MAX186 which I wrote the demo code for
So I could watch Temp and battery voltage
Then I need a way to control a Constant current chip LM317
I need a way to keep track of time to time out the charger after so many hours
This a demo code that I just wrote and will test tomorrow and write the voltage routines this may be the hardest part for me to do will see how this goes
To night I am doing a burn in test on the LM317 regulating board controlling it with a that I made today so far so good
I am using this to test the LM317 regulating board Basic Stamp Pro-to Board with a Basic Stamp Logic Analyzer Board that was solider to this board because I had a few pins that broke off the Basic Stamp Logic Analyzer Board help me understand how the PWM Code works Parallax thank for making that Board That Help a lot
Tomorrow I will post some photos of the MAX186 / DS1302 / LM317 / Basic Stamp / Pro-to Board

Here is the post that i starded about the LM317 regulating board

Here is why I am builting this Battery Charger Controller
The fast charger from Radio Shack which is computer controlled work good for batteies that are greater than 2200 amp hour
Batteries that less than 2200 amp hour do not get all the way charged this is not good
The slow charger that I will charge work very how ever it take two day to charge the battery fully
I am built this Battery Charger Controller in such a way that it dose not care what amp hour battery it is
and fully charges them in about three or fours would be good
