Do cd/dvd-rom motors use bipolar hall effect sensors?

I am trying to find out what is a common type of surface mount hall sensors cd/dvd-rom motors use on their PM-brushless motors. I think they are bipolar, and maybe a SOT-23 package? Of the motors I have taken apart, they have 3 very small hall sensors with 4 legs each. I am trying to figure out the traces on each motor, but I can't seem to find a data sheet with something that looks similar. Each Hall Sensor is labeled "dot-EI", any ideas?

Thanks

    yup there Hall based ..

Find a Common connection betwen the Hall's . Depending on the Logic Its eather a GND or a V+ rail .
this finds one set of pins .
