what is the difference between ver 1.16 and ver 1.23. of tokenizer.dll??

I am try to go from ver 1.16 of tokenizer.dll to ver 1.23 (re-using old code)
the funcion Version and TestModuleRec seems to work the same way, but CompileProc do not...
just get a error on the no of parameters!
so, what is the difference in the case of parameters to CompileProc??
(can not find any manual to ver 1.16 on the net, so I can not check mysellf ;-)
