Identify the Inductor

I have an inductor, I am pretty sure is not a standard value, it may even be custom. I am trying to identify the value. I've tried googling multiple combinations on the numbers on the casing.

Any help on how to identify this would be fantastic. Guesses on the value (by eye-balling) would even be useful; I'm willing to purchase a handful of inductors in order to test it's similarity.

How many leads are there? Is it just a two wire inductor or is it more like a transformer with 4 wires (two coils) of wire. It's hard to tell from the picture but can you see how it is wrapped and approximately how many turns of wire are wrapped on it?

Ah, yes, very helpful, sorry I forgot to reply. That is exactly what I wanted. Too bad Digikey has nothing even kind of similar to it. I bought a few samples of similar Henry rating that will hopefully give me the result I need.
