BS2 burnout?

Hey guys, listen my bs2 will not output any voltage on I/O pin 4 could someone help. I've checked everything,
my program, connections, and nothing happens. I even checked it with a volt meter and there was nothing coming out. : I

    If the other pins work OK, it is probably damaged.

    If you're trying to draw too much current from I/O pin 4, you may not see normal voltages there. Any time you have a question like this, you really have to supply a schematic showing how everything is connected and you have to supply a copy of your program. Otherwise, we can't help you other than with very general suggestions.

    Even a brief overcurrent (short circuit) can permanently damage an output pin, never to work as an output again. It MAY still function properly as an input, depending on the particular damage it went through. If so, you can swap a few pins around (using pin4 as an input) and not lose any functionality.
