My suggestion is a Weekly Deal where several "related" items are all on discount. Many times I wanted to get the Daily Deal, but I could not justify paying the shipping to save $2 or $3 on a single item.
We may end up doing a weekly deal or something similar. We spoke about this yesterday and that idea was brought up. I think it's a great one. Give us a week and we'll have something up. I'm glad to hear everyone enjoyed the daily deal so much.

The daily deal was one of the reasons I would visit the Parallax home page every day at lunch time.
I saw items I had never noticed before, when looking though the web store.
The sale prices encouraged me to try new things.
A weekly deal(s) would also be nice.
It would be nice if there was a post in a thread, each time a new item is added to the eMarket, looking through the eMarket pages just to see if something has been added, gets old after doing it a few times.
I don't even want to know the total of money I've spend because of the Daily Deal. Like others, I looked forward to checking it everyday. I like the weekly deals with related items idea. I know the daily deal is a maintenance nightmare or at least time consuming for an employee, but I would think the increased sales would more than pay for the overhead cost of maintaining it. I would encourage Parallax to bring back the daily/weekly deal.
Please DO NOT bring back the daily deal. I now have doubles of items and I still haven't used the originals. I spent like $200 one month just because things were marked 50% off. This would not help my compulsive buying syndrome.
I really miss the daily deal too! Because it would sometimes offer "wanted Parallax products at a discount" instead of "overstock and clearance products" like the emarket does now. Although I know the daily deal cuts into the profit margin a bit, it did make me visit the product page more often and run into new items that I might purchase.

Trying to figure out whats the latest thing to be added to the emarket is just too time consuming.
Consequently I don't visit the home page much anymore...
