Easy Bluetooth mode

Hi,
I m using easy bluetooth with BS2PX and I am studing the Bluetooth manual:

In pg 50 and 51, it's written:
"Sending / Receiving data on a SPP link (Normal mode)" and "Sending / Receiving data on a SPP link (Transparent mode)". How can I know which mode the RBT-001 was using when I used in the code serout command to send the data, was it normal mode or transparent mode????
