Cluso will be the little icon moving up and down the coast?
ME!
Where the good Strawberries grow...
Forest Grove, Oregon USA here! (yeah, it's a backwater, west of PDX)
Today it's a balmy -2.7 (celsius) outside... Maybe I should go for a walk or something, enjoy the nice weather instead of hitting every forum and messageboard on the net?
EDIT:
BTW: The best strawberries comes from 'Valldalen' a valley here in Norway.
Wettest place outside of Bergen, but best darn strawberries I ever ruined my back picking.
(Strawberries should be allowed to ripen slowly in wet climate. They end up much tastier that way... )
A couple of years back I made a road trip to lapland. Ended up in Narvik. Amazing place. Managed to catch a cod for lunch:)
No way am I walking anywhere today, it's grim out there.
And that's why the best strawberries grow in England:)
(Did I mention I'm a Brit.)
In that valley they also have lingering morning mists and heavy fogs.
Fishing is fun. Never tried it in Narvik, though.
Mostly, I fish from one of the bridges on the 'Atlantic Ocean Road'.
(Got a lot of delicious mackerel this summer.)
