How to check status of orders at Parallax.com?

Does anybody know, how I can check the status of my order at Parallax.com?
I have completed my order and I got this statement:
Thank you.
Check Out Complete! Your Order Number is: 12345
You can check the status of your order by click on the [Visit Your Account] link.

I do that, but I can't see the status of my order anywhere at my Account link!

    This has always been a thorn in my side. The only way that works for me is to reply to the email you get when you placed your order. Someone will reply with tracking if available.

    Well, I didn't received a email, only the statement above.
