Propeller Vss/Vdd pins

I got a question. The Propeller dip has 2 sets of Vss/Vdd pins & the SMD chips have 4 sets, now my question is. Is all sets of these pins required to be hooked up or can I just use one set? I tried looking at the Propeller manual & I might have missed it, but I couldn't find anything on this. I'm working on an instrument cluster using the SMD leaded package & wiring up all sets of em proving to be a bit of a challange.

All of them on the DIP, not sure on the others.

All of them on either chip type must be hooked up. Ideally, each Vdd/Vss pair should be individually bypassed as well.

You can avoid vias with jumper wires instead.
