GABS - Get Another Boe-bot Self-balanced

Hi people,
I am working around to a boe-bot self-balanced. I wrote a program with a PID algorithm to make possible balancing over two wheel of the boe-bot. In this entry of my blog you'll the program for the bs2. Also got a video of the boe-bot in action.
I used for position detection a QTI sensor. Is basic but efficient.
Hopefully they will be helpful. My future work over the proyect is make a better sensing of distance using two QTI, may be this can solve the problem of fault linearity when the sensor is away from the surface where the boe-bot is working (at a distance of 1 millimeter).
I hope write in english better, is a major effort!
