Need some help with regards to interfacing leds

Basically, i am using the FS2004 cessna 172 and a plane model for my project.
However i wanted to interface the exterior lighting, on the cessna, in the FS2004 out to my model plane.
Example like the blinking strobe lighting as shown in the FS cessna's tail section.
Is there any sort of controller capable of this function?

Any help and guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Could you clarify what you want to do? Do you want to add led lights to your model and have it blink like the full size cessna? If so please specify the number of lights and the pattern of blinking. A small diagram with light locations and blink info would be perfect.
