For taking the time to answer a few questions on a number of subjects.
Your replies to day reaffirms our understanding that Parallax is a customer sensitive company that cares what it's user base thinks of it's products.
I'm sure that if it was ever needed and should Parallax ask, assistance from the customer and user base would be overwhelming.
I just wanted to take a few moments and let you know your posts today on several of the "most irk-sum" issues the user base is dealing with is most welcomed by me, and more then likely, most of us.

It's our honor and you are certainly welcome. Feels a bit funny to refresh the thread with a reply.
By default I always want to answer any question with "yes" so I admit to feeling some failure when forming replies that show we can't deliver what our customers want from Parallax, but I'll give it our best by being as honest and open as possible even if the news isn't what we want to read.
