Last year, I got a lot of good comments on the six keychain digital picture frames I hung on our Christmas tree. As a proud new father of twins, I ordered a bunch of these to send to relatives. I had some extras, which I loaded up with baby photos, and hung them on the tree. They were all wired through their USB power cables to a central USB power hub, which was simply hooked up along with all the regular Christmas lights. The frames are all over Ebay, order now if you want to try something like this!

The frames have a 1.5" screen, hold about 128 pictures each and automatically advance to the next one when the hub is powered up.

1.5" keychain DPF (digital picture frame) for $3-5 from HK: http://cgi.ebay.com/1-5-Digital-Photo-Frame-Picture-Album-Keychain-SILVER-/250719324404?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3a600948f4

AND YES, I SAID CHRISTMAS TREE! :)

Yes Erco, they are great in that cheap price. Have you ever think about opening one of them to see the possibility of connecting the LCD to the BS2 or Propeller, only for experimenting maybe! I was thinking about that, but never got time to do it yet.

Whoa man, this are good cheap stuffs!

Could I take out the screen though? I could have made myself a little MP3 player inside with a prop! :D

I haven't disassembled one to hack yet, but at that cheap price, somebody's gonna do it right quick. Post your findings and let us know!
