I recommend that your web page clearly state that the Spinneret is not yet in a plug-and-play state of readiness as far as the software side is concerned.

    I agree. It's slowly dawning on me that the documentation didn't talk much about the software, and that explains why there were no sample programs.

    Thanks guys. I'll make sure we revise the description accordingly to be very clear by bringing this thread to the attention of David Carrier. Indeed, the full functionality is part of the contest and the out-of-box experience as a PINK replacement won't be what you expect for a few more months.

    Thanks for catching this. When we request a new product page, there is a special section in the form for warnings, and it looks like it didn't make it to the final page. It is updated now.

    The Spinneret Web Server doesn't come with firmware installed, but there are examples at http://obex.parallax.com/objects/615/ under the "Auxiliary Files:" section.
