The first link didn't seem to work. Is this the one you mean?

    http://www.pcrichard.com/catalog/product.jsp?modelNo=TFTV1212

I looked up the specs and it has a 15-pin connector for a standard VGA input. There is also a datasheet I found at:

    http://www.6ave.com/Assets/ContentFiles/ProductPDF/CBYTFTV1212_SpecSheet.pdf

It looks like it will support up to 1280x800

From the reviews online it looks like a nice monitor!

Thanks for posting this. I've been looking for one like this to wrap up one of my projects.

    It's a cute little TV I've ever seen! :D

I bet it's very good for Propeller projects!

Ouch.. moderators jumping the gun here?

This really isn't someone selling something per say.
It's more of a product review, and I'm honestly happy to see it.

    Classified ad? Not from here.

Yes, I have nothing to sell or have any involment with PC Richard.
And I would link to other stores as well, if I could find the same low price.
I think Parallax should sell this product for $80 in their store.

I saw this product running in a store and the picture quality was great.

I just received one of these and it seems to be a great little display. However, I'm probably going to use it on the bench instead of on the project I had originally intended to use it for. The monitor has the power cord permanently attached to the monitor and the Power Supply is built-in. This is fine for most projects or the bench but not so good if you'd like to run the display from a 12V supply so it can be portable.

It appears that some versions of this display may run on 12V and have an external power supply. That would be perfect for anyone that wants to make a portable display. I found pictures on this site:

    http://www.lumenlab.com/forums/index.php?act=Print&client=printer&f=6&t=29173

It looks like they use the same model # for both versions which is more than a bit frustrating. Many references say that the display will run from 12V.
