Now, I'm fairly sure I didn't give the board anything it couldn't handle, but now my PULSOUT is no longer giving me a square wave. I've been using it to drive an LED with far less current than normal for a few weeks with no trouble, but now the waveform is
hinky.
This happened after I removed a resistor I'd been using between the led and the pulsout pin and replaced it with a potentiometer. There was another resistor in the series to keep the led from being burnt out if the trimmer were set too low. When I couldn't detect the led light anymore, I hooked the output right to the oscilloscope and these pictures are of what I got. That was a pretty square wave when I started.
Ideas?
