L293d PROBLEM

i have some problem to interface propeller and l293d..i already send from outa[13] to IN1(l293) = H and from outa [14] to IN2(l293) = L....but motor not running...i dont know why???


(PROP) (L293)
13 (3.3V)
> IN1
14 (0v)
> IN2
EN1 = 5V
VS(8) = 5V
VSS (16) = 5V

    You have DIRA[13..14] := 1; I think you meant DIRA[13..14] := %11.

    yup...i already just fix it...but...still motor not running...i measure terminal out1 and out2 is 5v.

    I would try to get it working without the propeller first. Have you tried that? You do have it grounded, right? Have you tried the other set of I/O's on the L293?
