no device and version..but loopback and echo yes

the software gives an error basic stamp not found. i checked identity and it says yes for both loopback and echo but shows nothing for device and version. iam using bs2p.:smhair:

    its related to my previous post yes..please i need help immediately.i have tried everything but it seems that nothing wants to work the right way.

    From this post it sounds like you damaged your stamp. Or you have it hooked up wrong. Or you don't have correct power. Or your connection to the computer is bad. Or the drivers are wrong( not likely since it seems to have worked once).

    if you have read my previous post itexplains all.. how can i damage two bs2p's which are almost like new..it seems that the controller is not accepting bs2p and is accepting any other basic stamp because i tried bs2sx and it is working fine.
