Anybody participating in the webinar right now? No, we didn't pay him to say what he's saying.

Presenter is currently talking about some of the problems with OBEX (lack of quality control).

Wow, very good video, excellent audio, and an excellent presenter.

Mike Lord uses the Propeller to make a device for hospitals which monitors baby location in the nursery.

I've been listening in on the webinar. Are people connected through the web eligible for the door prizes? :-)

Sorry David, probably not. With nine door prizes I bet we'll probably have 1 out of 3 winners tonight. I'm not sure how many people are physically present but it appears we've got about 30 people in the room.

These presenters are really inspiring - hopefully we can attract more talent for next month's Propeller User Group meeting.

No problem on the door prize....I am happy to be able to attend remotely, and very happy to hear that we remote folk are also getting the 15% discount!

    Thanks.....

Daniel and Kevin were very creative with their nine-prize giveaway. Here's a picture from the webinar of the two guys setting up the "Flick it to Win It" contest. Each of the 35 attendees is listed in the CON section of their Propeller program. Flick the piezo sensor mounted on a Propeller PDB and hopefully your name comes up! Parallax Serial Terminal shows the winner's name.

The prize system was debugged live. I don't think they had any logic to avoid repeat names from showing up twice, so they did some quick programming to address the problem.
