? wire connections in detail stamp works EX #16 mainly 7,6,2

i don't understand where to plug the wires ,cap, and resistor on those pins.i have the schematic from pg101.pg 40-41 in the Stamp Works book it tells specific socket locations for the circuit described .i was lookin for another example.

well I managed to to find a good example between a simple pin schematic and this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P4_LS2QgQNU&feature=related I completed the small experiment. thanks to all who made an attempt to help.

    I must assume you are talking about pins 2,6,7 on the 555 Timer Chip? It is running in astable mode to produce the frequency used for the experiment.
