PPDP Board wiring question

If someone has used the PPDP and the TV_Text from Chris, could you please let me know how you hooked it up? I'm getting horizontal lines going across the screen that keeps on fading in and out.

    KK,

    Did you mean the TV_Text Object from the Library in the IDE Tool written by Chip?

    If so, it is written for the Demo Board, P12-P15, so on the PPDB:

    P12 > V0
    P13 > V1
    P14 > V2

    You don't need P15 > VA for standard TV Text output.

    Works here, just hooked it up.

    I'm a dummy... it's a composite input, I don't think it's the same thing....

    Composite Input should = TV. What are you trying to interface to?

    Old commodore 1902 monitor...
    3 inputs on the back.. chroma, video and audio....

    I think you want to create an S-Video output signal. Take a look at Protoboard Designs for the Beginner, page 13, to get started.
