PPDB Question

I think I know the answer, but I want to check before I go and do sumfin stupid like blow a led or display on my nice and new pretty PPDB...

Do I need the current limiting resisters for the LEDS and 16 segment displays?
Just though I'd ask B4 I start playing... Recommendations on their size too if anyone knows...

KK,

If you look carefully on the board, you will see surface mount resistors already on the board.

The schematic shows the values:
