This NiMH charger looks interesting: charges 1-4 cells, from 120/240VAC, 12VDC, USB, nice blue LCD screen, clock, alarm, temperature, charge state) all shipped for $15. China prices from Fremont, California! Lots of batteries too, probably some good deals in there, unless they're like PhiPi's bogus capacitor! I have not ordered from All-Battery myself, just passing along their latest email deal.

I have. Their lithium primary cells are okay. But I've had bad luck with their "rechargeable CR123s". In any event, I advise steering clear of any bargain battery chargers, regardless of where they come from:
