    I think it would be better suited as a flight / combat simulator.

    Yeah, it seemed to have a lot of motion even though he seemed to be racing on a flat course.

    Maybe it was trying to simulate G forces in which case it would work if you were enclosed and could not see the room.

    You could turn out the lights but then the video would have been boring (and confusing)
