Trying to find an old thread / new advice

I am looking to program / reprogram a PIC18F2455 on the fly, from a prop, been out of the game a while and looking for advice

    If you are looking for an old thread, you may have to go to http://forums.parallaxinc.com as the old Forums were abruptly ceased a few months ago.

    Well, I would love to get some new advice, wading through the old forums is a pain, seems like some of the posts got moved over which is good because now they are indexed on the better search engine on-site, but I still cant find the PIC programming thread, I see a few on here but no one active.

    What I am looking to do, use this PIC for 3 separate functions, load 3 hex files onto an SD card and load them onto the pic as needed from the prop, anyone done such a thing?
