Propeller Chip to 0832 Dot Matrix...

From Sure Electronics I got this 0832 Dot Matrix... What I would like to know is, is there A way that I can program the Propeller Chip to run the Dot Matrix? If there is A way to program the Propeller Chip, I need to know how to make the program and how to hook up the Propeller Chip to run the 0832 Dot Matrix. So if you know how to do this, or you know where I can look on the web to find it that would be great.

The data sheet for the display is available there along with arduino software. Should be enough info there to use a propeller instead.
