Just received mine today. 9 day shipping one state away! (NY to CT). I'm used to the software, as I had it a few years back, but I'm impressed with the little GPS receiver. I can stick it out my bedroom window about 2" and acquired 7 sats within 2 minutes. Now time to hack the USB signal for NMEA strings.
If the GPS works well standalone I'll let you know.
There is another auction for a lesser price, but they charge shipping. Works out to almost the same price as deal of the day.

Glad to hear yours works well, I won't get to play with mine for a while yet. Finishing this Death Ray prototype takes quite a bit of my spare time!
