GPS on a PDB

Hello everyone,
I have a problem trying to connect the Parallax GPS module to the Pro Devellopment Board. I am using the PDB with the BS2P40 chip. Basically i have no clue how to write the code for this connection. I do know how to wire the gps etc, but when im using the code that is given by parralax (on the internet there is a code that parallax gives for free when you are on the site where you can by a component) and it does work when i wire my GPS module onto a BOE with a BS2, but what is the code for the PDB BS2P40.
Could anyone give me the code i need to use please?
