PAL test

Other than a tiny monitor (3"), I don't have NTSC for use with my Hydra or other Propeller devices.
But I do have a video box that generates TV on my VGA. Aside from the coax cable connect and a swithc between computer and coax input, the same box has a RCA 'video' input with RCA stereo audio inputs, but it appears to not be NTSC. It also has an S-Video plug.
I presume it is PAL, though I may be wrong - it could be very odd NTSC.
No documentation (it was discarded long ago as it was in Chinese). So I need suggestions on how to run tests in PAL from Propeller objects.

They seem to be exactly what I need at this point. I am not sure my video box is really working properly.
