Is it cool if I give away a few SX items that I have laying around collecting dust? It would be nice to give them a new home where they would love and care for them.

I don't want to step on you guys' toes.

I would only ask from the forum members a dollar or two to help with shipping (the rest is all coming out of my pocket anyway).

You could post them in the Classified section of the forum's. That is setup just for selling, swapping, trading, etc of items like this.

What do you have available? I still use the SX for some projects.

My toes are tough and calloused, yet soft and nurturing, and at the same time understanding and outwardly good-natured.

Bob, you are more than welcome to send all your SX stuff my way! Just tell me what you want for shipping and I'll make sure it gets used. I'm in competition with a few other neo-luddites to be the last person alive still actively developing on the SX. Microchip's silly lawsuit isn't going to stop me from exploiting the finest processor ever made.
