Looking for a 7 segement small PCB for my prop

Does anyone have a source for a dual or quad 7 segment PCB?
My prop multiplexes four 7 segment LED's and I need them to sit at a right angle compared to the PCB that my prop is mounted to.
It'd be nice to have a very small PCB that could sit at a right angle to my prop and display my LED values.
I haven't chosen a 7 segment size yet, but I am using blue common anodes with a BCD and 4 transistors currently.

It looks pretty good, except the price is a little high, there was one for $6.50 except it already had a driver and I'm not sure that driver was compatible with my BCD? And I was hoping to use blue LED's instead of red?

Thanks for replying, that looks plausible, what do those pcb's cost when they are etched?
That seems high?
