Parallax most be one of the best companies in taking care of their customers. Some time ago I was helped with a PINK-issue, the PINK had to take the long trip overseas to be re-programmed. Got it back in no time. Now this time I had a broken telemetry-device that I had to send back. Possibly broken when leaving factory, but not sure. Parallax sent me a new one even before they had received the broken one. This is a kind of service that will be remembered. So thanks to Parallax and Ken Gracey, you are the best!
